General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 0777bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 0777bt website at 0777bt.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other product offered by 0777bt — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 0777bt platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 0777bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the 0777bt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 0777bt.

0777bt operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). References to monetary amounts in these Terms use the ৳ symbol to denote BDT. 0777bt is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

By creating an account on 0777bt, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. Accounts belonging to players who are subsequently found to be under 18 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without recourse.
• You are not a restricted person. You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either on 0777bt or on any other platform with which 0777bt has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.
• You are acting on your own behalf. You are registering and playing for your own personal account, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or undisclosed principal.
• Your funds are legitimate. All funds deposited to your 0777bt account originate from a lawful source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You have one account only. You confirm that you do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 0777bt platform under any other name, email address, or payment method.

0777bt employs automated and manual age verification checks. We reserve the right to request official government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time and without providing prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account restriction pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 0777bt, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players across Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard). Providing false information at the point of registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• One Account Per Person Each individual may hold only one registered account on 0777bt. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — will be merged or permanently closed, and any associated bonuses will be void.
• Email Accuracy You must provide a valid, actively monitored email address. Important communications — including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and Terms updates — are sent to the registered email address. 0777bt is not responsible for communications missed due to an incorrect or abandoned email address.
• Password Responsibility You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 0777bt support immediately.
• Keeping Details Current You are responsible for keeping your registered account details up to date. Changes to your name, email address, or linked payment method must be submitted to the support team together with appropriate supporting documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

0777bt supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely. 0777bt does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently.

• Deposit Acceptance All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. 0777bt reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly those exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or in aggregate within a 30-day period.
• Withdrawal Conditions Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts — including those of family members — will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Holds 0777bt may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or routine security review. The support team will communicate the reason for any hold and the expected resolution timeframe within 12 hours of the hold being applied.
• Currency All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on 0777bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. There are no foreign exchange fees for players transacting in BDT.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

0777bt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any additional specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page at the time the offer is made available. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, which varies by promotion.
• One Bonus Per Player Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only. 0777bt uses account verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to prevent multiple claims of the same bonus by the same individual across multiple accounts.
• Bonus Expiry Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to your account will expire and be removed. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated on the promotion. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse and Exploitation Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse via multiple accounts, matched betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or collusion with other players — will have bonus eligibility revoked and may face account closure.
• VIP Loyalty Points Points earned through the 0777bt VIP programme are non-transferable and have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with the VIP programme rules. Points cannot be redeemed as cash directly; they are applied toward tier progression and bonus rewards as defined by the current VIP programme structure.
• Promotion Modifications 0777bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, all players who have already activated the offer will be permitted to complete their wagering within a reasonable period communicated at the time of termination.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 0777bt, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Providing False Registration Information Supplying false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or in response to a KYC verification request.
• Operating Multiple Accounts Registering or using more than one player account on 0777bt, regardless of the payment method, email address, or device used.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 0777bt account or to initiate a withdrawal.
• Software Exploitation Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live baccarat, or any peer-versus-peer format available on the platform.
• Money Laundering Using 0777bt to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds with the intent of concealing the origin of those funds. 0777bt maintains robust AML (anti-money laundering) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Abusive Behaviour Toward Support Staff Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language when communicating with the 0777bt support team. All communications are logged and retained.

0777bt reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is found to have resulted from a technical error, software malfunction, or exploitation of an error condition. In such cases, affected players will be notified and the relevant balance adjustments will be made transparently.

Account Suspension & Closure

0777bt may suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of These Terms Any confirmed or strongly suspected violation of the Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
• Failed Identity Verification Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by the compliance team.
• Player-Requested Self-Exclusion A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder, processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Responsible Gaming Intervention At the discretion of the 0777bt responsible gaming team, if there are strong indicators that a player's gambling activity is causing financial or personal harm.
• Inactivity Accounts that have been dormant (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as inactive. 0777bt will contact the registered email address before applying any administrative fees to a dormant account balance. The dormancy fee schedule is published on the platform FAQ.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own voluntary request — or due to inactivity without any associated Terms breach — any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0777bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

0777bt makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times, although we commit to a target uptime of 99.9% and to notifying players of planned maintenance windows in advance via Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) scheduling. Scheduled downtime will be announced at least 2 hours in advance where operationally possible.

All games on the 0777bt platform are provided by third-party certified gaming studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a game malfunction or disputed outcome, 0777bt will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve the matter. 0777bt's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the wager amount placed on the affected game round.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
